Yes, this is a blog all about Ramen...
Who doesn't love Ramen?!
So.. What is Ramen?
Ramen is a Japanese cuisine, served with quick yellow cooked noodles served in a meat broth with vegetables and pieces of meat, you can order spicy or non-spicy, whatever your taste-buds decide, yum. ๐ฅ In this blog i'll show you my top few Ramen restaurants in Japan! Here's a picture to warm you up...
Ichiran Ramen
Do you stress out when ordering food? The presence of the waitress or waiter is too much for you? A unique Japanese experience, Ichiran is perfect. ๐
Enter the restaurant, if you're lucky there is no line. Sit down, order your food in complete solitude through a machine, soon it will be just you and the ramen. Your food is delivered to you through a small curtain in front of you, while you sit in your individual booth in peace.

Ippudo Ramen
Does this sound familiar? yes! There's one in Sydney if you want to test it out first before flying across the world, it's worth it though ๐ฅ...
Originated from Japan, this international franchise now has branched out around the world, who doesn't love a pork broth noodle soup? Famous for its onkotsu-based (pork) soup, another ramen restaurant to add to your bucket list. Unlike Ichiran, Ippudo is a traditional restaurant where you can dine in on a table with friends for lunch and dinner.
Menya Hanabi Shinjuku Ramen
For my final ramen, I think we have enough soup based ramens to last a while, what about dry ramen? Menya Ramen does the best dry ramen with a Taiwanese infusion. ๐ฒ
Dry stirred ramen noodles flooded with shallots, seaweed, minced pork, sauce and topped beautifully by one perfect egg yolk. Try it spicy or non spicy.. Amazing how much the Japanese food cuisine can transform one ramen dish marvellously.
